Developing your own psychic intuition part 2 - Aura Colors

Hello and thank you for reading. Last blog we talked briefly about developing your own psychic abilities and visualization. This week were going to talk about Aura Reading. To read an aura you don’t need any tools at all which makes it a great resource for reading people. All you need to read an aura is your visualization skills and a little bit of memory. Last week we talked about sitting and meditating and trying to visualize the colors of the energy around you, this week were going to explain what the colors your seeing mean. As with anything every color has a meaning. In a sense you could do a reading based solely on color.

What makes color so great is that it can be used in combination with meanings and other tools, for example let’s take tarot cards. If you look at a tarot card like “The Tower” it’s all dark blues and browns and blacks which are negative off putting colors. Those negative off putting colors describe this tarot card as being harsh or representing negative energy or changes that need to be made. If you look at a tarot card like “The Sun” your always going to see bright oranges and yellows and white and all kinds of happy cheerful colors, this positive energy can be used as a way to connect with a client. Colors are an essential part of divination and reading clients. So let’s talk more about the color meanings and how to see a person’s aura. 

Let’s start with your own aura which can be easily seen with your eyes either opened or closed, however most people use a mirror. You stand in front of a mirror and relax try to open your mind to the energy around you by focusing on your own body. As your eyes begin to focus and unfocus you can start to see brief flashes of light and color. It takes a bit of practice and patience but after a while you can start to see the colors surrounding your body. Another alternative way to see your aura color is to sit with your eyes closed in your sacred space and visualize the colors surrounding you. Just close your eyes and imagine yourself leaving your body, looking at your body from a third person perspective. What colors surround you? What do you see? You can begin to see just one color or a whole bunch of colors. Whatever you see in your mind’s eye surrounding you is the color of your aura. Since every color has a meaning let’s explain what colors mean what.

Each color has a base meaning but each color can also become muddied or murky in appearance if there are negative energies at play. 

Red represents a grounded, realistic straightforward person with direct intentions, alternatively it represents someone who is loving but firm, someone who cares very deeply but is also focused on the day to day tasks. 

Pink represents very loving sensual people who are artistic, people who are deeply empathetic, it can also represent a new romantic relationship or a revived one. People who have pink in their aura are often clairaudient which means they can hear the dead. 

Orange represents unruly emotions or emotions that sweep a person away, these are also the people that love the strongest, people who have orange in their aura tend to make great protectors. Orange is exciting creative, adventurous and out going but it can also make for easily swayed emotions or emotions that get out of hand easily. 

Yellow is a color of intelligence, people with yellow are often very book smart or have great common sense paired with an optimistic outlook on life. Yellow is a color for laid back people who get along well with others. 

Green is a color of nature people with green auras are often very connected to the earth rivers and lakes. Green represents growth and change, people making big life changes and people who are great with animals. Green is responsible and not easily swayed, often green people stick to their opinions and voice them frequently. 

Blue people are calm and collected. Great under pressure, blue auras are people deeply connected with the ocean and water. Someone blue is someone always willing to lend a hand to a friend in need, and deeply sensitive to their emotions.Blue auras have a knack for writing and healing.

Violet is the wisest of color and the most intuitive. People with violet auras tend to have a sense of the energies around them naturally. They are idealistic and magical. People with violet in their aura make for fantastic tarot readers; they are dreamers and have great imaginations. 

Silver is a color of abundance and money. Silver can reflect a spiritually awake people who are open minded and make great listeners. Silver is a sign of a great sense of humor and women with silver make great mothers because they’re always watching out for everyone. 

There are more colors but to understand the other colors and meanings you have to know the basic meanings of color. Each color has a meaning and each meaning tells you a little bit more about the person your reading or sometimes even yourself. Next article we will delve into the world of psychic animals.
